Program Development Manager

  • Recruit and screen mentors for the program.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns via social media and webinars.
  • Build partnerships with universities, colleges, and youth organizations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion, particularly for women in tech.
  • Drive program enrollment and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program development or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.

Tech Mentor

Location: Remote

Compensation: $30/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly 45-minute virtual mentorship sessions for 12 weeks.
  • Provide constructive feedback on projects and assignments.
  • Offer career guidance, including resume and LinkedIn reviews, and interview preparation.
  • Inspire mentees with industry insights and strategies for success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT or related fields.
  • Expertise in one or more of the listed IT domains.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for mentorship and helping others succeed.

Program Volunteer

Location: Remote

Compensation: Volunteer (unpaid)
